4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the rights to the visual design and content created specifically for their project. yourupdatedpage retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and branding assets required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets may result in project timeline shifts.

6. Limitation of Liability

yourupdatedpage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the performance of the websites we create.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement if the other party breaches these terms. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
